CAN I SAMPLE MY PRODUCTS

Yes, absolutely. We encourage our clients to sample our products as it allows them to get a feel for product quality and materials. Please reach out to your account manager if you wish to order samples.

WHAT IS YOUR MOQ FOR BULK PRODUCTION?

It depends on which supplier we use. However for the majority of our products the MOQ is 6 units

IS YOUR PRODUCTION ETHICAL?

All our clothing is made in Europe. We regularly visit our partner manufacturing
facilities and they all share our values and are certified in the latest ethical business practices.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Due to the custom nature of our products we require 100% payment upfront; as we cannot return the items to our production facility unless the goods are faulty/defective.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs are calculated depending on the destination

DO YOU DO RETURNS?

Due to our products being custom branded with your design and logo, unless the item is defective we cannot accept returns.

DO YOU HAVE OFFICIAL CERTIFICATES STATING THE ORIGIN OF FABRICS AND FAIR LABOUR PRACTICES?

Yes. If you wish to recieve a copy of these please ask your account manager.

WHAT PRINTING TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?

We have offer a wide variety of techniques including heat transfer, sublimation and embroidery.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MACHINE WASHABLE?

This varies depending on the particular product fabric make-up, but the majority
are tested at 100 washes at 40 degrees celcius.

By entering this contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entrants are fully responsible for adhering to their relevant national and regional laws and regulations around entering sweepstakes competitions, as well as for any taxes that may arise from their winnings as a result of their local laws. The competition is open to those aged 18 and over, with one email entry per person. Each entrant can refer up to a maximum of 10 other people to increase their likelihood of winning. Each entry will automatically be sent a confirmation link on submission and checked against IP addresses to prevent self-referrals. OceanR reserves full rights to exclude any suspected fraudulent entries.
The competition will open at 00:00 GMT 1st August 2023 and ends 11:59 GMT 10th August 2023. Only entries received in this time will be valid.
This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law without reference to conflict of law principals. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion without reference to conflict of law principals.
The prize: 2 x dryrobe eco compression backpacks as well as 2x dryrobe advance changing robes. Additionally a £1000 SunGod voucher to use on any custom products on the SunGod website.
Winner will be selected at random and will be contacted via email after the competition closes on 10th August 2023. The winner has 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner has not contacted the Promoter within this time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant from all and eligible entries received.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants.
As permitted by law, the Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by any entrant or the winners in relation to the competition or prizes. The promoter and their affiliates will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees incurred by the winner in delivery, collection, using or enjoying the prize won by the competition.
