What does it mean to be a Certified B Corporation?
Essentially, Certified B Corporation companies are verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. This ensures that certified companies abide by their sustainable values and meet a rigorous standard of consistency and inclusivity in their business practices, actively working to create a fair economy.
A company must receive a minimum score of 80 to achieve certified status, and OCEANR is proud to have successfully met this standard as of April 2024. Click on the button below to view our official Certified B Corporation page and read all about our overall impact score.
How does this make OCEANR different from other companies?
Being a Certified B Corporation makes OCEANR stand out from the crowd in terms of our actual, trackable commitments to sustainable business practices. The assessment that businesses undertake to become a Certified B Corporation is called the B Impact assessment.
The median score for businesses who complete the B Impact assessment is 50.9, and the qualifying score for Certified B Corporation status is 80. OCEANR’s score on its B Impact assessment was 84.5.
There are over 9,000 Certified B Corporation companies worldwide, but just over 60 of those are based in Ireland, and OCEANR is proud to be one of them.

Has achieving Certified B Corporation status changed things for OCEANR?
OCEANR’s mission remains the same — we specialise in producing sustainable, custom apparel for world-renowned luxury resorts, superyachts, and adventure brands. Achieving Certified B Corporation Status has only made us more serious about continually achieving a transparent circular supply chain. We are delighted that our efforts have been officially recognised, but that doesn’t mean our work stops here!
Transparency is key to how we operate at OCEANR. We run a lifecycle analysis across our product range, providing insights into the environmental impact of our garments, benchmarked against industry standards. True to our values, we are also proud to work alongside pioneering non-profit organisations across the globe that actively work to remove human-made waste from our planet’s ecosystems.
OUR COMMITMENT TO A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Together with our brand partners we aim to positively impact the planet.
We’ve built our sustainability mission around 3 key pillars: People, Product & Planet
It’s important to remember that sustainability is not just a trend, but a conscious choice. However, not everyone manages to maintain a balance between responsible consumption and entertainment. Many gambling enthusiasts enjoy spending time at virtual casinos, where you can not only play but also get an experience close to the real thing, for example, when participating in popular games such as roulette or live dealer shows. But where to find the best live casinos? Here it is important to be confident in your choice and here to help comes the resource https://austriawin24.at/live-casino/ which gives an extensive review. Virtual gaming and casinos are also becoming increasingly interactive, offering unique formats where entertainment meets innovation.
Both themes show how modern solutions are changing the perception of familiar things, be it ecology or entertainment.
