All references to “we”, “us” and “our” ‘OceanR’ shall be deemed to be references to OceanR and references to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website.

The following terms and conditions apply to all use of the OceanR website. By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted to these terms and conditions. Please note, as these may be subject to change at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check this page prior to any use or purchase. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions, please contact us before use or order placement.

Discounts are valid when shopping online. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Discounts are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards online.

ORDERING

When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to www.oceanr.co for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.
Your contract for purchases made through www.oceanr.co is with OceanR and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by OceanR.
The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to OceanR to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card or Paypal account will be pre-authorised.
You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s ordered.
No charge will be applied to credit/debit cards or Paypal accounts until the point of despatch; therefore no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and OceanR until we accept your order by despatching your order.
Where a Gift Card has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the point of order placement.
If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfil your order from store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfilment has not been possible.
We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of despatch.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.

OceanR reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make payment to us when due.
You breach any of our terms and conditions.
If requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.
We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on www.oceanr.co

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

OceanR will act immediately to correct any error identified and are under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.

PAYMENT

www.oceanr.co accepts most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal and Gift Card. All prices displayed are inclusive of Irish sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

This competition is promoted by OceanR (The Promoter) and ??? and is a free contest with no purchase necessary.
By entering this contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entrants are fully responsible for adhering to their relevant national and regional laws and regulations around entering sweepstakes competitions, as well as for any taxes that may arise from their winnings as a result of their local laws. Please contact your local authorities for further information.
The competition is open to those aged 18 and over, with one email entry per person. Each entrant can refer up to a maximum of 10 other people to increase their likelihood of winning. Each entry will automatically be sent a confirmation link on submission and checked against IP addresses to prevent self-referrals. OceanR reserves full rights to exclude any suspected fraudulent entries.
The competition will open at 00:00 GMT 1st August 2023 and ends 11:59 GMT 10th August 2023. Only entries received in this time will be valid.
This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law without reference to conflict of law principals. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion without reference to conflict of law principals.
The prize: 2 x dryrobe eco compression backpacks as well as 2x dryrobe advance changing robes. Additionally a £1000 SunGod voucher to use on any custom products on the SunGod website.
Winner will be selected at random and will be contacted via email after the competition closes on 10th August 2023. The winner has 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner has not contacted the Promoter within this time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant from all and eligible entries received.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants.
As permitted by law, the Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by any entrant or the winners in relation to the competition or prizes. The promoter and their affiliates will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees incurred by the winner in delivery, collection, using or enjoying the prize won by the competition.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoters reasonable control.
The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any participation (including winning entries) if the Participant or its proxy acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winner is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
By participating in the Promotion, the winner authorises the Promoter to use their comments, name, town, region and/or county on the SunGod Instagram page to communicate on the organisation this Promotion and in future communications regarding the Promoter’s products without this use giving rise to any counterpart other than the prize won.
