THE CHALLENGE
As PADI embarked on their first foray into custom-designed branded merchandise, they needed a partner with expertise in sustainable consultancy, product design, and ethical manufacturing. Their goal was to develop a merchandise line for Dive Centers and Resorts that met the high expectations of the diving community, ensuring that every piece was sustainably produced with minimal environmental impact. Additionally, PADI required a scalable solution that could test the growing market demand for eco-conscious dive apparel.
OUR SOLUTION
OCEANR worked closely with PADI to define their needs and develop a sustainable custom rash vest range. We guided them through the entire process—from initial prototyping and design to sourcing eco-friendly fabrics, product sampling, and manufacturing.
