Accounts Assistant
We are growing our Finance team in Cork and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant. Reporting into the CFO , this is a dynamic role where you’ll not only keep our financial systems running smoothly, but also help shape the connection between finance, production, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
The role supports three key functions:
Finance & Accounting Operations
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end close, including preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing management accounts, cash flow summaries, and variance analysis; and partner with the CFO to identify and implement process improvements
Customer Success Partnership
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to manage the order-to-cash cycle efficiently and transparently.
- Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, credit control, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, monitoring accounts to ensure payment timeliness and escalating any concerns appropriately.
Production & Operations Liaison
- Collaborate with our Riga Production team to track and reconcile job costs, material usage, and inventory movement.
- Assist in maintaining accurate costing models and ensure that financial data reflects operational performance.
- Support inventory and work-in-progress reconciliations between operations and finance systems.
What We Are Looking For
- Accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment.
- Strong technical understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proven proficiency with accounting software (ideally Xero), with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to translate numbers into clear insights for non-financial colleagues.

We are growing our Brand Partner (Sales) team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities and help expand our reach.
The Role
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up sales meetings, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You’ll play a key role in the top of the sales funnel, identifying potential customers and introducing them to OCEANR.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in luxury resorts, private islands, and eco-conscious businesses
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to generate leads
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Manage and update the CRM with prospect interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and sustainability in hospitality
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in a similar SDR or business development role
- Proven track record of generating leads and booking sales meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in cold outreach and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once
- Experience using CRM tools and / or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

The Role
As a Sales Consultant a key part of what you’ll do is nurture and manage relationships with new and existing customers across the globe, which includes exclusive Luxury Resorts, Private Islands, Luxury private yachts and Corporates with a focus on sustainability!
This pivotal role requires a results-driven individual who is hungry for success and can employ creative strategies to expand our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, phone and email to generate leads
- Develop and nurture relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Utilise sales methodologies to qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Understand customers’ pain points and needs, addressing their concerns and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage the end to end Sales cycle
- Manage Pipedrive CRM with prospect interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and drive customer success.
- Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of OCEANR.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrable success in prospecting, cold calling, and developing a sales pipeline
- Comfortable with phone outreach and speaking confidently with leads.
- A communicator, with the verbal and written skills to engage with senior contacts and create compelling communication materials.
- Great relationship building skills with an ability to uncover customer pain points and effectively address their needs.
- An ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Experience using Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to generate and manage leads
- Experience working with sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC is advantageous
- Previous experience within the textile / manufacturing sector is advantageous
- A passion for sustainability, the outdoors and the environment!
