Artwork is printed onto transfer paper, then heat transfers the dye into suitable polyester fabric. The colour becomes part of the fabric rather than forming a separate surface layer.
Consider sublimation when your design includes patterns, multiple colours or graphics covering a larger area of the product.
It requires a suitable fabric and base colour. It is not the appropriate method for directly decorating ordinary cotton garments or applying light-coloured artwork onto dark fabric.
Options include selected rash vests, technical tees, polos and swimwear. We’ll confirm compatibility for your chosen product and explain the available design scope.
