What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and the customisation method you choose. Once you share your product selection and quantities, our team will confirm the exact minimums that apply to your collection in your proposal.
Lead times vary with the products, quantities and type of customisation. After we review your enquiry, we’ll give you a clear production and delivery timeline alongside your proposal, and keep you updated at each stage through to delivery.
Yes. We recommend samples and size sets so you can check the quality, fabric and fit before committing to a full production run. Ask your account contact about the sampling options available for your selected products.
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the best results for both print and embroidery. If you only have a raster image (JPG or PNG), send it over anyway — our design team will review it and advise on the best way forward.
Yes. As a Certified B Corporation, we offer recycled and organic material options across much of our range, with environmental impact data available on selected products — so you can make informed choices for your collection.
