The brief extended across colours, styles, trims and patterns, with custom illustrations inspired by the island’s flora and fauna.

Tropical plants and wildlife informed the illustrations, supported by custom colours, trims and patterns rather than logo placement alone.
Selected ranges used recycled-plastic fabrics and organic cotton. In 2023, retired uniforms were taken back and upcycled into laundry bags for guest services.
OCEANR developed a distinctive wardrobe for the island’s teams, adapting the design approach to different roles while maintaining a shared identity.
The collaboration also gave retired garments another use: the 2023 upcycling project turned old uniforms into practical laundry bags.
